Air pillows, thread, velcro
Featured by Design in Quarantine

Airbag is a zero-waste project constructed with air pillows upcycled from packages received during the pandemic. The piece experiments with the longevity of objects that are commonly discarded after the first use, and is a play on materials and the common purpose of purses and bags, which is often to hold meaningful and valuable objects.
